org username/password expires

Hello, I used the access code sent to my email to generate a salesforce username/password for my org. After a day or so, I can't log in with that salesforce username/password. Does this username/password expire after 24 hours? I have had to redo the process several times now to get a new salesforce username/password the following day. Thanks for your help

    Could you please email your username (the one beginning with "epic") to me directly?
