Issue while logging into Salesforce

I receive my email and password after submitting the access code on (https://orgfarm.salesforce.com/signup). When I try to log in to Salesforce using these credentials, it sends a verification code to the email address that was just provided to me. Since I don’t have access to this email account, how can I get the code and log in successfully?
