Regarding eligibility area

1. Paticipant outside the eligible area (countries) can submit but is not eligible for prize, is it?
2. If in a team one person is from Australia and another from other countries ( outside eligible area ), will that be okay and if yes can the other person be representative of team.

    1. Correct - anyone is welcome to submit but only those from the eligible countries can win a prize.
    2. The rules state that teams must be made up of "Eligible Individuals," so unfortunately, no, all team members would need to be from the listed countries in order to be eligible for a prize.
